Sprouted Moong Dosa


  • 2 cup Moong 2 green chilli 2 Tsp cumin Handful coriander leaves To taste salt As required oil As required water


Clean and soak moong for 3 to 4 hours. After that remove excess water and keep moong for 7-8 hours so that it will get sprouts.

Wash sprouted moong. In a mixi jar or grinder take sprouted moong , cumin, coriander leaves, green chili and make a fine paste.

Now add salt as per taste.

Check consistency, add water as required and make like dosa batter consistency.

Now heat non stick pan, grease it with oil. Sprinkle little water and pour dosa batter and spread it round.

After a minute apply 1 TSP oil / ghee. Cook till it becomes crispy and brown from bottom . If want flip and cook from other side as well for 2 minutes.

Remove dosa from pan and serve it with your favourite chutney.
